You have the option to reschedule or cancel your coaching session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

If something comes up, and you can't attend your coaching session within the 24-hour window, please reach out to me via phone or message as soon as possible.

Valid Reasons for Rescheduling:

I recognise that there are at times valid reasons for needing to reschedule on short notice. Each situation will be evaluated individually, and we can discuss the possibility of rescheduling.

Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within the 24-hour period however I am happy to discuss on a case-by-case basis.

I believe that the path to health and happiness varies for each person, and that's why I offer packages designed to accommodate diverse needs and budgets. Additionally, as part of my commitment to your satisfaction and progress, I provide regular check-ins and review of progress.
